On Saturday 29th November, we were delighted to attend the opening of the '60 over 60' art exhibition at the Hodgson Loom gallery in Laxey. In July, six children from Years 5 and 6 met with their sitters and painted their portraits as part of a special project led by Debra from Isle Be Creative. Here is Martha, one of our artists, at the opening with her sitter and also with Lady Lorimer who attended too. We are so proud of our artists! Their portraits look fantastic, so please go and see them for yourselves. The exhibition is open to the public now.
