On Tuesday 12th October, author Peter J. Murray came to visit KS2 children here in school! He told was all about his new book 'Poppy Warrior'! Pete explained how he gets his ideas and how he writes his superb spooky stories....
We also learned a lot about WWI and how this influenced his book. The children were so excited about reading following this session and we now have a full set of Peter J. Murray books in our school library for people to borrow and enjoy!
